Future Satellite Conventions
Due to the knock-on effects of Covid lockdowns, Satellite 8 will be running in 2023, just one year after Satellite 7. However, please note that – contrary to some rumours we’ve heard – this does not mean that we’re becoming an annual event. After Satellite 8 we’ll be stepping back to allow the Glasgow 2024 World Science Fiction Convention to take centre stage. Satellite 9 will be in 2026 at the earliest. So please join us at Satellite 8 if you want to get your final fix for the foreseeable future of Science Fiction, Science Fact and Science Fun.

Future Voices of Scottish SF and Fantasy
The Future Voices of Scottish Science Fiction and Fantasy network privileges under-represented Scottish voices of Science Fiction and Fantasy (SFF) working across different media (literature, gaming, film, art), with an emphasis on BAME and LGBTQ+ communities as well as practitioners with disabilities.
Its next event, Future Voices of Scottish SFF: Change and the Future in SFF worlds is on 7th December 2022. Tickets for this on-line event are free and can be ordered here
